All cold-chain medications such as insulin are dispatched via Canada Post Express with a tracking number, in an insulated box with gel packs. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, varying with the season.</p><p>For items that don’t require refrigeration, delivery is expected within 1-2 weeks.
Disclaimer:
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available to accept the package, it might be necessary to collect it from the local post office. Packages not claimed will be sent back to the sender at the customer’s expense.
We ship packages from Monday to Thursday. During peak holiday times, we advise placing orders well in advance.

All insulin and cold-chain medications in medical-grade containers equipped with refrigerated gel packs to maintain cool temperatures throughout shipping. Please be aware that insulin is stable and safe for up to 30 days when stored at room temperature.
